We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges: We're happy to offer exchanges. To request one, contact us at support@formalityfashion.com with your order number and the item, size, or color you'd like instead. Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your exchange and ship out the replacement item.
Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return package. Once issued, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you agree to a different method. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and promotional discounts are recalculated based on the items you keep.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover return shipping.
