Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
We work to get your new look to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (ET)
Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET)
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to update after dispatch.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. If you receive part of your order, the rest is on its way and each parcel has its own tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery once it reaches our warehouse.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 100 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.
