Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and Canada. Whether you're in a major city or a quiet town, we've got your delivery covered. Duties and import taxes on Canadian orders are on us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely. Every order ships free — no minimums, no hidden fees. Just place your order and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, we'll process it within 1–2 business days, followed by 4–8 business days in transit, for a total delivery time of 5–10 business days. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the day your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, for a refund. No restocking fees. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We'll refund your original payment method and email you as soon as it's complete.
